The DVD contains two of the famous Nupen film portraits about the musician. "Who was Jacqueline du Pré" focuses on her personality. The second film "Remembering Jacqueline du Pré" illuminates her music. The first half is mainly recorded during rehearsals. Part two shows Jacqueline du Pré at the height of her concertante skills and also includes the last minutes of the Elgar Cello Concerto in the legendary performance with Daniel Barenboim in 1967.
